1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GandivAi(the "Platform"), operated by Aditya Dhandi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
2. Services Provided
GandivAi is a specialized SaaS portal for construction contractors, employers, and job seekers. The Platform enables contractors to post job listings, showcase company profiles and projects, review candidate submissions, collect optional registration fees, and manage resume submissions.
3. Contractor Accounts & Subscription Billing
- Contractor access requires an active subscription of ₹10,000 / month (plus applicable GST).
- Subscriptions are billed recurringly via Razorpay until canceled.
- Contractors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that post fraudulent job listings, spam, or misleading compensation details.
4. Application Submissions & Fee Collection
- Job applicants may submit application forms and upload resumes directly to posted job listings.
- Where enabled by the posting contractor, applicants may be required or invited to pay a registration fee or flexible contribution via Razorpay.
- GandivAi acts solely as a technological platform facilitator and is not a party to employment contracts formed between contractors and candidates.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful job postings or resume information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or database.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or automatedly extract data without prior written permission.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or inappropriate resume attachments.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GandivAi, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.
