gandivai provides self-discovery programs and personality assessments which are purely digital products. We do not ship any physical goods to your address.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased programs through your Account Dashboard. You will also receive an order confirmation email containing links to access your content.

3. Delivery Timeline

Access is granted instantly after payment is confirmed by our payment gateway. In rare cases of technical delays, it may take up to 24 hours for the system to synchronize your access.

4. Troubleshooting Delivery

If you do not see your purchased program in your dashboard after successful payment:

• Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
• Ensure you are logged in with the same email used for the purchase.
• Wait for at least 30 minutes and refresh your dashboard.
