1. Digital Service Fulfillment

GandivAi provides cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and online recruitment job portal services. We do not sell or ship physical tangible goods requiring physical courier delivery or postal shipping.

2. Delivery Timeline & Activation

• Contractor Subscriptions: Access to the contractor dashboard, job posting tools, company page builder, and applicant resume databases is granted immediately upon successful payment verification via Razorpay.
• Job Application Submissions: Confirmation of job application submission and fee receipt is delivered electronically via on-screen confirmation and instant database recording upon transaction completion.

3. Confirmation & Support

Upon completion of any payment transaction, an electronic confirmation invoice and receipt are generated and emailed to your registered email address. If you encounter any delay in accessing your account after payment, please contact our support team immediately.
