3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through your Account Dashboard:
- Log in to your gandivai account.
- Navigate to the "Purchases & Refunds" section.
- Select the eligible purchase and click "Request Refund".
- Fill out the refund request form, including the reason for your request and your UPI details.
- Upload your UPI QR code to facilitate the transaction.
