Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments processed on GandivAi through our payment gateway provider Razorpay. Please read this policy carefully before making any subscription or application payment.

2. Contractor SaaS Subscriptions

• Monthly Subscription: Contractor SaaS access is priced at ₹10,000 per month (plus applicable GST).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting customer support at least 48 hours before your next renewal billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
• Refunds on Subscriptions: Due to the immediate provisioning of software resources, job posting features, and database access, subscription charges are non-refundable. If a technical error results in duplicate billing, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Applicant Job Registration Fees

• Registration fees or flexible application payments paid by job seekers are processed to the posting contractor.
• Once an application is submitted and payment verified, candidate registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the associated job posting was fraudulent or canceled prior to review.
• If an applicant experiences a failed transaction where funds were deducted without application verification, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment instrument (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval.
